INGREDIENTS

  • 4 ears of fresh corn, husks removed
  • 1/2 cup Delve Garlic Herb Asiago
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • Lime wedges (optional)  
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare the corn

Heat the grill or a skillet to medium-high. Brush the ears of corn with melted butter, then sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper for flavor.

Grill the corn

Place the corn directly on the grill or skillet. Cook for 8-10 minutes, turning every 2-3 minutes to ensure even charring and tender kernels.

Top with Delve Garlic Herb Asiago

While the corn is still hot, spread a generous layer of Delve Garlic Herb Asiago over each ear using a butter knife.
